Daymon Worldwide extracts essential extranet usage analysis with NetTracker Web analytics

  • Private Label consumer products marketer analyzes usage of their online field intelligence channel -
North Kingstown, RI - June 22, 2004 - Sane Solutions, developers of the NetTracker line of Web analytics software, today announced that Daymon Worldwide, an international company specializing in the sales and marketing of Private Label consumer products, has implemented NetTracker(R) to extract essential extranet usage data.

Daymon Worldwide relies on their extranet site for centralized field intelligence. "The extranet site is an efficiency and performance enhancement tool that allows Daymon Worldwide associates to do their jobs in a more resourceful and faster manner," explained Josh Katinger, Project Manager at Daymon Worldwide. "NetTracker supplies Daymon Worldwide with all of the 'who, what and how often' information we need about the over 1,700 registered users who log onto our extranet site."

Katinger's team customizes NetTracker to provide concise or detailed reporting, as needed, for the array of extranet site data users within the Daymon Worldwide enterprise. "At the highest level, we are able to provide monthly standardized reports to our business leaders regarding overall usage of the site by the various departments. But, other users can also perform more ad-hoc analysis by drilling down and looking at a particular individual's usage for any given time period, using NetTracker's flexible interface," said Katinger.
