Our Information Technology department is looking to expand our Knowledge Services team by adding a Data Administration Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the Data Administration team with the goal of defining, implementing and enforcing Data Administration polices, procedures and standards. This also includes combining accumulated business knowledge with an understanding of data administration best practices to capture corporate business information needs.

The qualified candidate must have a degree within the areas of MIS, Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience. At least five years of experience in Data Administration and Data Modeling in both OLTP and Data Warehousing. Three to five years experience managing projects and leading IT professionals along with specific experience in managing Database Administrations teams supporting DB2, Oracle, Sybase is necessary. Strong analytical computer language and system development skills are appreciated. Experience with ERWIN or comparable data modeling tools sets along with an understanding of relational database concepts and implementation is necessary. Familiarity in developing and participating in Enterprise Architecture and implementing Data Administration programs is a plus.
