Subject: Toronto, ON Canada: Customer Behaviour Modeller at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)

The Department of Retail Risk Management at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) invites applications for two job openings in its Customer Behaviour Analytics Group. The latter is concerned with research and development of machine learning and data mining techniques for predictive modelling of customer behaviour related to various banking products and channels including internet banking. The group offers a stimulating working environment for R&D and encourages publications in scientific journals and conferences.

Applicants must have a PhD in Computer Science or related field with good math background and experience in one or more of the fields of machine learning, data mining, predictive modelling, statistical inference, pattern recognition. Good programming experience in C++/Java/Matlab and SQL will be considered as a strong asset.
