Strategic Analytics is creating a position of Scientific Programmer to be filled immediately. We are seeking someone with experience in data mining and expressing analytical solutions in object-oriented code. The successful candidate will work with Strategic Analytics' core technology assisting in application to new data sets, extending the modeling algorithms in new areas, and enhancing the core capabilities. All code development will be in Java. Previous experience in various aspects of data-mining (linear, nonlinear, neural network, stochastic, or evolutionary) will be helpful. The candidate will work closely with the software development team to implement these solutions in production quality software. Compensation packages will be tailored to the applicant.
