AMA Briefing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
State of the Art, State of Practice
March 26, 2001, Chicago IL.
Customer relationship management is about using all contacts with
customers to market to them in a coordinated and effective manner.
Interest in it has been growing as managers become more aware of its
strategic importance. Attend this one-day program to hear leading
edge perspectives on CRM from the field of practice, the investment
community, and from academia.
The program will include presenters
from in-the-know organizations like Accenture, CAP Gemini Ernst &
Young, Quaero, Nycamp Consulting, Ipsos-Reid, and Kodak. 8:00 a.m. -
4:30 p.m. The location will be the Gleacher Center of the University
of Chicago, 450 Cityfront Plaza Drive, Chicago IL 60611.
Accommodations are available close by.
The fees for this event are
$995 and $1060 AMA members and non-members, respectively, before March
5th. After March 5th, the fees are $1140 and $1205. Continental
breakfast, breaks, and lunch catered by Wolfgang Puck Catering are
