Job Description:
Resonate Networks, a dynamic online advertising network start-up, is seeking a Statistician. This position will be a critical role in the success of Resonate Networks. This person will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources in order to enhance and develop Resonate�s unique online ad targeting algorithms for its public affairs, political, and corporate customers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical analyses that increase the efficacy of Resonate Networks� online campaigns
• Develop and implement cutting edge online advertising targeting algorithms
• Design and implement analyses that incorporate custom survey results, web behavior data, campaign performance metrics and information from public databases

• Extensive experience in a wide variety of statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with statistical software (such as SAS or SPSS) required.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational database design and methods for efficiently retrieving data from them.
• Experience in online advertising analytics, behavioral targeting, online marketing analysis or web analytics required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience analyzing survey data desired.
• 5-10 years professional experience.
• Must be able to maintain a "Big Picture" perspective.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Must have entrepreneurial spirit and drive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Masters� Degree in statistics, econometrics or related field. Ph.D. preferred.
