Job Description:
Supports the Director/Manager of Database Infrastructure in the quality control of the CRM database, regular and adhoc reporting, and list generation for all consumer based marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducts the generation of all lists for all consumer-marketing efforts managed through the CRM group.
- Works with the specified marketing teams to clearly identify the selection criteria needed for each list.
- Works with the Director/Manager to manage the data quality of the CRM marketing consumer database.
- Creates, executes and monitors data quality assurance processes.
- Maintains data proper documentation for all infrastructure and coding efforts.
- Creates and executes ad-hoc SAS requests.
- Assists the Director/Manager to maintain ongoing SAS processes which support CRM SAS Users
- Creates new SAS processes according to CRM analyst's needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAS to support a highly dynamic and fast paced organization
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel and Word preferred
- Experience with relational databases
- Ability to balance the desire to over program and the needs of the business
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to take direction
- Good organizational skills
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-2 years using SAS to support a highly dynamic and fast paced organization.
