JobsFrom: Damon HerringDate: 28 Jun 2006 Subject: Chesapeake, VA: Manager of Marketing Analysis and Segmentation at Cox The Manager of Marketing Analysis and Segmentation will lead Residential database marketing responsibilities in statistics, data mining, advanced analytics, and project management to identify targets, support direct marketing initiatives and drive marketing strategy. The Manager will also be required to design, conduct, and facilitate quantitative analyses to support strategic and promotional decisions. Position will partner with Traditional Marketing, New Product Development & Marketing Operations and the Sales Organization to support the optimal allocation of promotional resources across various distribution channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses evaluating the effectiveness of multi-channel direct marketing programs, including direct mail, email, and other campaigns. Analysis will include, but is not limited to; tracking and reporting ROI and Breakeven analysis of campaigns, year over year changes and patterns of campaign response data, tracking and reporting unit sales and churn data and tacking campaign roll-off time tables. Partner with IT to request and subsequently oversee all list requests and generation from internal databases. Partner with Sr. Marketing Manager, Acquisition to identify target segments, sizes and priorities. Use statistical tracking and modeling to recommend offer and product bundling strategies.
