Key Role:
Perform as an OCT management consultant and use predictive modeling and data mining analysis to solve quantitative analysis business problems. Support business development and strategic positioning activities in chosen domains or in applications, including customer relationship management, improper payments, and fraud waste and abuse. Provide task and team leadership, perform in the principal analyst and designer roles on consulting engagements. Develop data mining models using leading data mining COTS software.

Functional/Industry Knowledge:

• 6 years of experience in the use of predictive modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis
• 1 year of experience with consulting
• Experience with the financial industry, including CRM and risk management decisioning preferred
• Experience in the use of mainstream data mining software, including SAS, SPSS, S-Plus, Mineset, Angoss
• Experience with programming in Perl and C

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
