ONE POSTDOCTORAL POSITION at the National Center for Data Mining is available immediately to conduct research in data mining, high speed networking or data intensive computing. Candidates may be working in bioinformatics, computer science or a closely related field.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Ph.D. in mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics or a closely related technical field.
  • Proven research skills and a variety of technical publications.
  • Research experience in data mining, data intensive computing or high speed networking.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage research projects with a number of programmers and graduate students.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
