The Statistical Analyst will lead, manage, and execute innovative, analytical approaches including: linear and logistic regression, exploratory data analysis, report, and segmentation analysis to solve complex business problems and objectives. This person will integrate understanding and knowledge of relevant statistical theories to help identify appropriate analytical methodologies to help design and implement projects. The Statistical Analyst will be responsible for performing quality assurance using statistical measurement tests and empirical tools, document the technical details of your work to improve collaboration, and perform ad-hoc reporting requests and develop custom reports to track business metrics.

The chosen candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with in-depth course work in statistics or relevant experience, and more than three years experience in statistical analysis, database marketing, and/or qualitative market research. This person will have advanced training in statistical techniques such as: preventative modeling, multi-dimensional segmentation, factor analysis, lifetime value determinations, logistic regression, and CHAID analysis. Solid command of SAS, SPSS, Clementine, or other statistical and data management software are strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills are a must.
