The Analytic Services group is responsible for expanding InfoCentricity's customer base through analytic consulting engagements, subscription analytic services, training and support of analytic software prospects and customers, and applied research leading to publishable case studies and new analytic software features. Analytic engagements vary in scope and problem domain, from developing and delivering project design plans to building predictive models to designing and reporting from cataloguer analytic data marts. The InfoCentricity team you will be joining, while small, has a collective experience of over 150 years in the financial/retail service space. Creativity, integrity, and collaboration are integral to our analytic service offerings, customer reference list growth, and to the company's culture.

As a Business Analyst in Analytic Services, you will work on multiple data analysis and modeling projects for customers in the financial and retail sectors, under the guidance of senior members of the analytic staff. You will also conduct analytic software training sessions, and must be willing and prepared to travel up to several business days every other month. As both the company and your experience grow, you will have the opportunity to take on project and staff management responsibilities.

Qualifications include: a minimum of two years work experience, preferably in data analysis, management and analytic querying/reporting, customer behavior predictive modeling in financial and/or retail industries; an undergraduate degree in statistics or a related field of study; experience with statistical modeling methodologies and packages; excellent interpersonal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills; analytic intelligence and curiosity; and good IT skills.
