Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Analyst will initiate, develop, and execute complex case study analyses to determine fraud/risk vulnerabilities and policy decisions using a variety of tools and data sets. Requires the ability to integrate data from multiple sources into a cohesive understanding of an overall problem. The Analyst must generate strategies, plans, and projects for reducing the fraud vulnerabilities or determining policy concerns discovered during the analysis phase. Must be able to develop workable, functioning solutions that address fraud and policy issues across multiple platforms. Data sets used will include web logs, user data, data warehouses, etc. Tools used in this function include search engines, SAS, spreadsheets, etc. Working well with colleagues from a variety of fields including customer service, technology, product development, product management, etc. is required. Communication of sophisticated ideas in a comprehensive yet concise manner to people of various backgrounds will be crucial.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, Operations Research, or Statistics. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in analytics, programming, quantitative research, or a related field. Basic understanding of programming languages, web site functionality, internet protocols, etc. Ability to program in multiple languages (C++, Java, Perl, SAS, etc.) a plus. Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and planning skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate high energy/creativity, a relentless customer-focus, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and superb attention to detail.

Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
