Terrific opportunity to join an ecommerce division of this major NYC
based financial services company.
Responsibilities:
This position will assist business management decision making process by
putting in place required decision systems and analytic processes to
foster business growth.
- Recommend, design and build multivariable analyses. Recreate useable
value of business needs. This will require a considerable amount of data
handling and programming.
- Work with technology teams to effect required systems modifications.
- Design, implement and refine tracking mechanisms for all implemented
marketing programs.
- Conduct test/control analyses in developing marketing campaigns.
- Establish new data sets to enrich data analyses and information value.
Required Skills:
- Possess a post-graduate degree in quantitative fields, preferably in
Statistics.
- Must have 2-3 years of commercial experience in data analysis and
quantitative modeling. Financial industry experience is preferred.
Internet experience is a big plus.
- Excellent proficiency in SAS programming skills is required.
Familiarity with Unix, C and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex
statistical terms in simple language, both oral and written.
- Responsibility involved intensive people interaction.
- Candidate should be interested in learning about the business and
quickly gain knowledge about the business dynamics and issues.
Candidates must reside in Tri-state as there is no relocation assistance
available.
Salary: $60K-$90K + Bonus and Benefits
