Data Miner Maximizer expanded its analytical capability by including a
data transformation routine which finds an optimal linear
transformation of each predictor variable in the data base in terms of
its association with the response variable. The program uses piece
wise linear regression and basis functions methodology to identify the
optimal transformation. This routine could be purchased as
independently of the software.
