flagship product, APT Churn, and Siebel eCommunications 2000.3.

APT Churn utilizes proprietary predictive technology to identify
churn-vulnerable subscribers, pinpoint the reasons for the
vulnerability, and recommend remedial actions on a one-on-one basis,
resulting in churn-rate reductions of as much as 40 percent. APT
Profitability, a companion product, adds the ability to predict how
much an individual customer will be worth in the future, with and
without incentive offers, and then lists cross-sell/upsell offers in
the order of their likely acceptance and profitability potential. In
both cases, closed-loop feedback systems allow a company's knowledge
