SUMMARY

PreVision Marketing is looking to add a Lead Consultant Quantitative
Methods to its Analytic Group.  The Lead Consultant will be required
to provide structure, methodological approach and direction on
projects undertaken by the Analytic Group.  The candidate for this
position should have the following skills and experience:

             ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 * Ability to provide thought leadership on quantitative
methods.  We are looking for an applied methods expert who will serve as a
resource and consultant to analyst.

 * Expertise in marketing analysis and statistical methods
applied to develop business strategies in retail and other industries.  We
are looking for a candidate who has a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap
between customer research and analysis and business strategy.

 * Expertise in applied statistical techniques:  correspondence
and cluster analysis, classification and regression trees, CHAID,
confirmatory factor analysis, survival analysis, attrition/retention
modeling, experimental design, time series analysis, logit and multinomial
logit model estimation, regression modeling.

 * Leadership capability as a technical consultant to clients.

 * Project management skills with the ability to manage
 consultants on technically complex applied quantitative analysis projects.

 * Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
 * Strong people skills.
 * Demonstrated experience in primary research design, survey
   development and focus groups is desirable.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
 * Required minimum of 6-8 years extensive experience in
applied quantitative analysis, direct marketing, database marketing,
consulting or related field.

 * Programming proficiency in the SAS language including
SAS/Base, SAS/Stat, SAS macro language, CART, CHAID, Knowledge Seeker, Spad.

 * Experience in using the following SAS procedures:
UNIVARIATE, FREQ, MEANS, CORR, FACTOR, PRINCOMP, CORRESP, CLUSTER, FASTCLUS,
REG, GLM, LOGISTIC, CATMOD, GENMOD, PHREG, LIFEREG

 EDUCATION
 * Required MS or PhD in Statistics, Marketing or a related
quantitative field.
